On-Site Dialysis
At Wentworth Rehabilitation, we’re committed to ensuring that you’re comfortable in your treatment choice. We offer individualized treatment options for patients, eliminating the need to go to outpatient hemodialysis. This allows for a smoother transition for patients from home or hospital, shortening days in the hospital and helping to lower readmission to the hospital. Our in-house den helps eliminate unnecessary trips out of the facility assisting in the treatment and recovery process.
Our on-site units are staffed with a care team trained in kidney and end-stage renal diseases, and are available for the duration of your treatment time to offer assistance or answer any questions you may have. Our on-site team includes our Nephrology Medical Director, nurses, patient care technicians (PCTs) and social workers. Our team and process is similar to what patients would experience in an outpatient setting adding to their comfort. This team collaborates to ensure patients receive comprehensive care while managing their care while at Alden for additional rehab and preparing them to return home.
Additionally, our warm and inviting facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and include amenities such as individual flat-screen TVs, comfortable treatment chairs, and a complimentary coffee and tea bar to ensure your comfort.
